My background
I am a Washington, DC –based travel creator, dual US-Italian citizen, wife, and mom of three. I started this website to merge my love for exploring the world with my passion for storytelling—whether I’m uncovering hidden gems in Italy, navigating family travel with kids in tow, or sharing honest reviews of hotels, destinations, and experiences. With one foot in the U.S. and the other in Italy, I bring a unique perspective to travel that’s equal parts adventurous, family-focused, and culturally rooted. I’m here to inspire you to plan meaningful trips, find beautiful places, and make unforgettable memories—no matter what stage of life you’re in.
How I got started
As a child, I would watch Samantha Brown's Passport to Europe regularly on the travel channel. Growing up, I wanted to give these same experiences to my family and help others do the same.
Top destinations
Italy is obviously a favorite destination of mine!
The absolute favorite from the children has been Amalfi. They also enjoy the smaller villages in the mountainous regions.
